These Terms of Use govern your use of lggraniteandmarble.com (the “Site”), operated by LG Granite & Marble Countertops LLC (“LG Granite & Marble,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting an estimate request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
Important. These terms cover the website. The countertop work itself is governed by the written estimate and agreement you sign with us — not by this page. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
1. Who we are and what we do
LG Granite & Marble Countertops LLC is a family-owned company based in Newark, New Jersey. We fabricate and install granite, quartz, and marble countertops for kitchens, bathrooms, vanities, and islands in homes throughout North Jersey and surrounding areas.
2. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site and contact us about a project. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or automated form submissions, or use someone else's contact details;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or any connected system;
- Interfere with the Site's operation, including through scraping, spam, or malicious code;
- Copy or reuse our content in a way that is not permitted by Section 5;
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or block access to the Site if it is being misused.
3. Estimates and quotes
Requesting an estimate through the Site costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Submitting the form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract, reserve a date, or lock in a price.
Any figure we give before an on-site visit is a preliminary indication only. Firm pricing follows the on-site measurement and template, because it depends on the actual dimensions, the slab and material you select, edge profiles, cutouts, seams, access to the space, and the condition of the cabinetry beneath. We will confirm the scope and price in writing, and work begins only once you accept that written estimate or sign our agreement.
Prices quoted are valid for the period stated on the written estimate. Material availability, and the pricing of natural stone in particular, can change.
4. Photographs, colors, and natural stone
The photographs on the Site show real projects completed by LG Granite & Marble. They are shown to illustrate our work, not to promise a specific result. Natural stone is a natural material: veining, movement, color, and pattern vary from slab to slab, and no two installations are identical. Screens also render color differently.
For that reason, you should select material from the actual slab or sample, not from a photograph on this Site. We will help you do that as part of your project.
5. Our content
All content on the Site — including text, project photographs, graphics, layout, and the LG Granite & Marble name and logo — belongs to LG Granite & Marble Countertops LLC or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use while considering a project with us. You may not republish, resell, or use our project photographs or branding for your own business, or present our work as your own, without our written permission.
6. Communications
When you submit an estimate request, you are asking us to contact you, and you agree we may reply by phone, text message, or email at the details you provided. Details of how we handle that information — and how to stop the messages — are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Please do not send payment card numbers, bank details, or government identification numbers through the Site's forms.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site uses third-party services — including Google Fonts, a Google Maps embed, a Google reviews widget, and a WhatsApp link — and links to our social media profiles. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for their content or availability, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment. Service areas, materials, availability, and pricing can change without notice. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Nothing in this section limits any warranty we give you in writing for work we actually perform, or any right you have under New Jersey consumer protection law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LG Granite & Marble Countertops LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or your reliance on information published on it. This section is about the Site. It does not limit our liability for work we perform, for personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is applied to the fullest extent the law allows.
